GOOD TO MEET YOU

Your virtual talk therapist and Founder of GOODTALK.

Like you, I’m a whole human shaped by my experiences...

I’m a therapist, a mother, a daughter, a sister and a friend.

I’m a blend of all the places I’ve been and people I’ve met along the way. I was born and raised in a small village on Prince Edward Island – the place that shaped my heart, values and how I see the world.

From there, I moved to Halifax, Edmonton, Calgary and Toronto –the cities that molded my mentality, drive, creativity, and sense of authenticity.

Like the city & the sea, there are

different parts that make up who I am.

I consider myself a small-town girl, but I love living in big cities.

I am introverted, but have a big personality.

I can be straight up, but never take myself too seriously.

I’m a whole human and so are you, that’s where we start our journey together.

Saying “good talk” can have many different connotations. After an argument, it becomes a way to stop talking. Saying it at the end of a heartfelt chat with friends means it’s something you’re going to remember long after the conversation ends.

Just like life, these talks are places where we can find ourselves grappling with complex questions, thinking about our own behaviour or relationships and pondering our place in the world.

GOODTALK is a safe space for you to explore the intricacies of our experiences to look at the patterns we’ve developed and our path moving forward.

It’s a place for you to explore all of those joys, pains and the nuances of your life in a safe, nurturing place that will empower you and motivate change.

Put simply, it’s a space for you to have a good talk – whatever that means to you.

Why Goodtalk?
